Starting an AYM Chapter in your area is a great way to get fellow youth excited for and involved in ministry. AYM retreats provide a place where likeminded young people can socialize, connect, and explore various tools and methods for ministering to others.
What you'll need

Like-minded youth who, like yourself, have an interest in doing something tangible for God.

A supportive venue.

Supportive elders/adults who can give counsel and advice.
